Cancellation and Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Late Arrivals:

If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that in order to stay on schedule for other clients, your appointment time may be adjusted or shortened.

No-Show Policy:
